Nossseee Pieeerrccciinnngggss
Two days in PG and I feel very much more grown-up. I'm staying with my friend's older sister and she is super nice, but the thing about couch surfing is that you never really get comfortable.
In news: I got my nose pierced yesterday! It looks better than I thought it would. It didn't hurt too much, either - it hurts more today than it did yesterday! It is a tiny little round teal stone surrounded by silver. When I am allowed to change it, in three weeks, I am going to get a thin silver hoop that is just big enough. Apparently I have a "perfect" nose for piercing. My piercer raved about it and even called someone in to take a picture of my nose before and after (something about perfect curvature?).
Anyway, I've wanted this forever, and I'm very happy. I don't care what people say - it makes me feel attractive and pretty.
I'm also going t get my textbooks today :) YAY! Edited to Add: This will most likley be my last entry before I go to IVCF camp. So.. it'll be like a week before I update! I don't know why I thought I'd put that in, but it seemed important.
