The OTHER lesson...
So,yeah.
One lesson God has been trying to pound into my little mortal head lately is not to stress.
When I stop stressing, and just accept that things will generally work out; things tend to pick up in my favor. It's simple. It's easy. It's called being a child of God and being cared for. And by favor I don't mean, "oh, look, I've won the lottery, amazingly rich, twenty lbs lighter and the top of my class"... but... I calmed down, handed things over, took an active but trusting roll, and things are looking okay.
It's so not complicated, and but it's so hard to implement. Now that my summer location plans came through, I'm waiting on a job. That's cool. I'll get *something*, difficult (er...interesting) though it might be. I was considering going off my wonderful medication because I didn't have money to pay for my 'scrip. Well, it turns out my (really) weird insurance makes it so that I pay almost the SAME amount for five months as one. Leaving me with the EXACT same amount of money I had originally counted on getting back from my deposit. If my landlords weren't mean, and if my room-mates were....together... enough to pay me out of the house like they should. (It's a long, boring story. It would still be boring on Judge Judy, and even then I could wear a size nine sundress and throw a lawn chair. Basically, two girls have their name on the lease, and are subletting the house to three other people. They collected money from us to help pay the deposits for the bills and damage. They have no problem refunding me, but ONLY when someone else moves in. However, they insist it is MY responsibility to get the money back from said new renter. I think if they are prepared to sublet with their name on the lease, they should be prepared to refund me. They think it will be too difficult to cash a cheque from someone, and then write another -- I, however, do now want to be dealing with a possibly sketch stranger).
Oh, my grades came back! And I was very pleased -- until I found out that my friend did much better than me. It is a definite improvement, however
