Sunny Days...
When I got here, ice still covered parts of both of the lakes in town. This last week has been a rare 30-35 degrees -- and I have been enjoying it to an extent that is not often experienced by me. I am spending nights by bon-fires and days (well, lunch hours from work) by beachs. I have a tan and an odd sensation growing that might be confidence -- hey, I'm the new girl in town, as pseudo-ugly as I might be.
I have been both burnt and sun-stroked, but I never want the sun to pass. And so many things, too many things to chronicle, have happened in the middle! Lions Bar-B-Q, Beach Parties, Telegraph Creek, etc. (Well, I'll post pictures from that, later..).
I'm never going to shy away from anything ever again.
